How it Works

The Heat Retreat is the perfect addition to many events. From backyard get-togethers to weddings, corporate and wellness retreats. Our beautifully crafted mobile sauna, thoughtful wellness extras and relaxed, friendly approach make it all feel easy and fun.

You bring the people, we bring the heat.

Step 1: Enquire & Design Your Experience

Get in touch via our enquiry form and tell us a little about your event. The location, date, number of guests and the type of experience you’re looking to create.

Check out our package options or create your own bespoke experience.

Step 2: Confirm Booking & Payment

We’ll send you a booking agreement and invoice. A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery.

A refundable damage deposit is also taken ahead of the hire. This is returned promptly after the sauna has been collected and checked, provided everything is left in good condition.

All payments and terms are clearly outlined upfront for complete peace of mind.

Step 3: Delivery, Setup & Handover

On the day of your booking, we deliver the sauna to your chosen location and take care of full setup, heating and styling (where applicable). We’ll walk you through a clear safety briefing and operating guidance before handover.

For hosted experiences, a dedicated sauna guide remains on-site to manage the flow, heat, rituals and guest experience throughout.

Step 4: Heat, Retreat, Repeat

Once everything is ready, it’s time to switch off. Guests can enjoy beautifully heated sauna rounds, cold plunges, relaxation areas and curated wellness touches, all at a relaxed pace that suits your event.

Step 5: Pack-Down & Collection

At the end of your hire, we handle all cleaning, pack-down and removal discreetly and efficiently, leaving your space exactly as we found it.

Your damage deposit is then returned following our standard post-hire checks.

Partnership Venues

When listed as a preferred supplier, The Heat Retreat is booked directly by couples or corporate clients as part of their event planning. We operate on a private hire basis, meaning the sauna experience is included seamlessly within the event, with no individual guest payments on the day. Our presence adds value to the overall guest experience and requires minimal input from venue teams, with no cost to the venue.
