Join us at Talland Bay for a deeply grounding New Moon sauna experience, designed to help you reset, reflect, and set fresh intentions.

What to expect:
We begin with a gentle intention-setting ritual, inspired by the symbolism of the new moon, a time for new beginnings and quiet clarity.
You’ll then be guided through soothing sauna rounds, paired with a calming guided meditation to help you fully unwind.
